Daily inspections are the basis for ensuring the continued effectiveness of this collaborative working mechanism.Before daily use, operators or full-time safety personnel should conduct inspections.The main points include: whether the doors of each floor are tightly closed, whether they are deformed or sagging; whether the door lock device is flexible in action and whether the locking is reliable; whether the electrical interlock switch is intact and the wiring is loose; whether the warning signs on the floor doors are clear.It should be tested layer by layer to ensure that the elevator does not start when the doors of each floor are not closed.Check whether the protective railing of the platform of the platform is firm and whether it is missing or damaged.For the problems found, such as the failure of the door lock, poor contact with the interlock switch, deformation of the floor door, etc., the maintenance must be stopped immediately, and sick operations are strictly prohibited.By treating the floor door interlocking device and the stop protection system as an organic whole, supplemented by strict daily inspections, a safe and reliable vertical transportation channel can be created for construction personnel.
